Game Day Guide — Coaches & Team Managers

Four steps carry every N1 match day, from printing the game card to signing it after the final whistle.

Print Game Card + Roster24–48 hrs before kickoff
  1. In system.gotsport.com, open Team Management → your team → the N1 | Mid-Atlantic District 3 (CPSL) event → Schedule, and print the Game Cardtwo copies.
  2. Print your official team roster too, and check the card header: Game #, age group, division, both team names.
A game card is a snapshot — players approved after printing only appear on the roster. Never hand-write onto the card.
Pack the Match Bagnight before
  1. Game card — two printed copies
  2. Official team roster — printed
  3. Passes for everyone on the field or in the technical area
  4. Match Day Addendum — printed, for the referee
  5. A pen for signatures
At the Field30 min before kickoff
  1. Hand the referee your game card, roster, Match Day Addendum, and everyone's passes.
  2. Check in at the halfway line — players in jersey-number order, then non-dressing players and staff.
  3. On your roster but not the card? Say so during check-in — the referee adds them.
  4. Passes are returned before kickoff; the referee keeps the card and addendum.
Not dressing still means checking in. No pass, no technical area.
After the Final Whistlebefore you leave
  1. Read the card before you sign — final score, goals by jersey # and minute, every caution and send-off.
  2. Disagree with something? Have it recorded in Instructions/Notes before signatures.
  3. The referee submits the report online and files a Match Day Addendum — keep your copy of the card.
You are being rated. Every match records a sportsmanship rating for players, staff and spectators, plus tent & bench compliance.
Common Questions

A player isn't on the game card.

They can still play if they're on your printed roster — flag it during check-in and the referee adds them.

Our roster changed after I printed.

Reprint both the game card and the roster. Nothing may be hand-written onto the card.

The result online looks wrong.

Contact the league admin with the Game # and match date. Do not alter the signed paper card.

I lost my copy of the card.

Reprint the blank card from GotSport for your records, and ask the league admin for the submitted result.
